Plus as needed you can request use of your done for you VA hours and ask any additional questions inside the Facebook Group.

I won’t lie- there is a time commitment here. But that’s the whole point isn’t it? You actually are getting your email marketing done!

BUT you’ll be getting it done as efficiently and effectively as possible as you’ll:

• Know what you're doing
• Have a tech team to do those once off fiddly tasks or solve those tech problems that would have taken you 5 times as long to figure out

PLUS we’ll be buying  back your time you time in other areas too like removing some of your repetitive admin and customer support tasks. And less time selling.

In terms of time commitment, I'd allow:

- 30 minutes a month to do your accountability check ins and planning
- 30 minutes a month to review the monthly action plan (I'm keeping these as brief and to the point as possible)
- The 3 hours a month coaching & coworking call (where you'll do the majority of your project work)
- An hour a week to ensure you are consistently sending emails 

So 4 hours a month on your projects plus the time to write your regular emails.

Time you should win back tenfold. 

Unlike other online coaches - I don't tell you you have to be using any particular software to get the most out of my programs.

I pride myself on my ability to learn systems quickly and solve tech challenges.

That said, not all software is the same so I cannot guarantee that all strategies will work in your software.  If we hit a limitation, I can make recommendations of the a good alternative for you. And with your done for you hours we can help you with the move. But only if absolutely necessary!

I also highly recommend not skimping on just the free version of your software. Trust me when I say paying even a small amount each month can save a tonne in time and sanity.

Of course, I am only 1 person and cannot have resources and trainings available for the 100s of software options out there. My specialties are ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo and MailerLite. I also have extensive experience with Kit (Previously ConvertKit) and MailChimp.

We won't limit any of the content just to you. If you have a VA, just let us know and we can grant them the same access to the portal as you.  

However, I don't want you to just handball it completely. Email marketing is a core strategy that impacts so many elements of your business. Therefore it is important that you personally understand the strategy, the tech possibilities and how it works.

Any done for you tech support we do for you will include a process document and/or video tutorial on how it all works and/or how to do it yourself in future. So whether you will do it yourself, have a VA now or get a VA in future they will be equipped with the instructions they need to make it happen.
